Mitch Mitchell is a native of The Woodlands. Before joining the firm, he practiced with a firm in southeastern New Mexico, representing small business owners and individuals in estate planning, probate, business transactions, and business litigation.

Mitch returned to his home state and joined Gauntt, Koen, Binney, & Kidd, LLP, in October 2015, after five years in private practice in New Mexico, to continue his transactional practice of helping individuals and small businesses with planning and drafting.

Mitch lives in The Woodlands with his wife and daughter along with their Airedale Terrier. They all enjoy exploring the area’s abundant parks and outdoor spaces, especially the Waterway and Town Green Park.
